Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receipt date for in-store items Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached Original receipt or proof of purchase is required Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only Intimates, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return Process

Initiate Your Return: Contact us at touchofgrace37865@gmail.com or through our website's contact form to request a return authorization Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in your return authorization Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Options

Original payment method refunds (processing time: 5-7 business days after approval) Store credit (available immediately upon approval) Exchanges for different size/color (subject to availability)

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are non-refundable Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error For exchanges, we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Include photos of the damage or incorrect item We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs

Special Orders & Custom Items

Special orders and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
